Job Description Whitehill Pelham are currently recruiting a Senior Business Development Manager with responsibility for developing the EMEA market for our industry leading software client.

Working as part of an established highly professional sales team and reporting directly to the EMEA Sales Director, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the entire sales process from initial engagement through to finalising and signing contracts;

• Developing strong relationships with existing customers and identify additional solutions sales opportunities;

• Providing accurate sales pipeline data, including reliable rolling sales forecasts for 3 and 12 months;

• Draft and present solutions proposals to key decision makers up to and including board level;

In order to succeed in this position the successful candidate will have the following skills:

• Significant experience successfully selling software technology solutions, ideally to automotive or similar sector;

• Strong experience successfully negotiating high value contracts over extended sales cycles (typically 6-18 months);

• Highly self-motivated and performance driven;

• Comfortable with regular travel within Europe, in addition to other international trips;

• Highly competent and proficient at both maintaining sales activity records on the company CRM and using MS Office products.

Base salary £70,000 to £80,000 (determined by experience) OTE £110,000 plus benefits.
